Tremendously high quality and excellent customer service. Ordered some small prints for DVD cases that were delivered a bit too big than I had originally specified, so I got in contact with them and was kindly offered replacement prints, which arrived perfectly this time. Huge thanks and a big recommendation if you're looking for great affordable prints and a great service! A++1

russell pitts53 days agoGreat experience. Good customer support. Site could be a little more intuitive for a novice. I made an error with my order and they reached out to me to ensure it came out right. The printed canvases came out perfectly, I couldn't be happier. Bonus is they set it up so it's ready to hang without having to buy additional Ook hardware. Almost as "white glove" as you can get for a web business.+0

Matthew Cox386 days ago*update* My second year of easy, effortless printing. Pick your paper, pick your size and quantity, upload... checkout..Done! The amount of labor saved just by using this company is huge. I do recommend to everyone. Back to my previous review. I consider myself a DIY kinda guy.. for the past 5 years I've used a local make space to print and cut all my flyers and posters... while I did find this economical, it wasn't till i found this company and realized I'm wasting my time and money doing it myself. I just added all my stuff to the cart, selected paper, size and quantity and 3 days later, they were here. I didn't have to setup the printer, swap paper, trim (and finding out the blade is dull).. Poster Ninja just makes it _that easy_! I WILL be doing business with this company again. Recommended to other organizers out there!+1

Charkol488 days agoExcellent, quick service! Printing quality is solid and shipping was much faster than expected! Since I do live on the east coast, it is nice to have the additional option of being able to go pick up the prints in person if need be when traveling. I do plan on using them again in the near future as a replacement for my last service, Sticker Mule. For those reading and inexperienced like myself, as a rule of thumb get a sample printed to make sure colors are as you'd expect from Staples for $1-2 so you can color-correct before you get your huge posters!+1
Owner's reply
Thank you so much for your fantastic 5-star review, and especially for including those photos – your prints look great! We're thrilled to hear you experienced excellent, quick service, solid printing quality, and much faster shipping than expected. It's also great to know the local pickup option is a convenience for you. We appreciate you considering us as a replacement for your last service! We also appreciate you sharing your tip about checking colors. For those reading, it's worth noting that printing proofs at places like Staples may not always be the best for precise color correction. Different printers and paper types can yield different results, so we often recommend printing a single print with us before doing a larger run to ensure your colors are exactly as expected. We look forward to printing for you again in the near future!Posted on Google

Alyssa Hwee587 days agoPoster Ninja was so easy and friendly to work with! There were no hiccups, and the print came out beautifully!! I got their best quality, matte finish, art print done for my piece and it was such a reasonable price too. On top of that, they were super quick as well! I got a 36"x32" print for a map for a D&D game I'm planning and I couldn't be happier! When I picked it up it came wrapped around a large, strong, cardboard tube that was then covered and wrapped with large, white paper to protect the print. The cardboard tube wasn't super narrow, so the print unravelled nicely, but it was also the perfect size for transporting! I will definitely be a returning customer for any future prints. :)+1

We also appreciate you mentioning the care we take in packaging to protect your prints – it's important to us that your order arrives in perfect condition. It sounds like your D&D game is going to be amazing with that map! We're delighted that we could play a part in it. Thank you again for your kind words. Laura Brubaker615 days agoThis was a pretty awesome experience and I am very happy with the results. The communication was outstanding. The site was pretty clean to work with and printing was lightning fast. Ordered on Sunday night -late- had received to my snowed-in rural location by Friday. Framed and hanged by Saturday! I do have a few suggestions for improvement: I downgraded from Gicle to poster prints because I had 2 Visa Gift cards and the site wouldn't let me pool them together and I would not get the free shipping otherwise. So it would be nice to be able to stack multiple forms of payment. Second idea: a way to change the image in the cart without changing all the other parameters of the order. That would have saved me a ton of time. Lastly: A gallery of work would be nice. I'd love to see side by side scans of a small area of a detailed image to see how the various types of printing would result. Currently I'm given a percentage quality like "90%" on printing, 80% shadows or something like that. But I'm visual and want evidence of what a Bright white Giclee vs. poster print is going to look like side by side and preferably in different lighting conditions. Keep up the good work!+2
Owner's reply
Wow, thanks so much for the detailed review and fantastic feedback! We're thrilled you're happy with the quality of your print and how quickly it arrived, especially considering the snowy weather. ❄️ We appreciate your suggestions for improvement, and we'll definitely take them into consideration as we continue to develop our website and services. We're always looking for ways to make the ordering process smoother and more convenient. Regarding your suggestion for a gallery of work showcasing the different print types, a photo gallery comparison would only tell part of the story. You really need to feel the texture, thickness, and surface quality to get a true sense of the differences. That's why we offer free print samples. You can order a sample pack on our website and see firsthand the differences between our various paper types and printing methods. Thanks again for your valuable feedback and for choosing us for your printing needs!Posted on Google

Thanh Thanh734 days agoI was recommended to try Poster Ninja by a friend. I needed something within the week that was not only fast but of decent quality. I’ve gone to all the big chains FedEx, Staples, Office Max in the past and the colors never came out right for a color snob like me. Poster Ninja got it right the first time and their fast turnaround surely impressed. Their card stock is magnificent and the gloss lamination made everything pop. I was iffy on the minimum order fee but even then the three prints I received well delivered on quality and speed. I was able to take these to a comic convention in time and get one of them signed! You can see the quality for yourself in the photo (artwork by itmethanh)+0

Super fast production and shipping! Will definitely use again. One thing to note: I did buy the linen fabric print and while the print is very clean, it is not linen or even close to linen-- not even in color or texture. Definitely more of a bright white nylon fabric which was a bit disappointing, I think a change of description would be beneficial.+0

Branando822 days agoI needed to print out a geologic map that I'm compiling, and I came across Poster Ninja when comparing poster printing services. My map is a bit of an odd size (23 x 43") and a lot of the big-name printing companies were charging crazy prices for custom sizes like this... meanwhile, Poster Ninja easily had the most reasonable prices I've seen The price was so good that I ended up splurging a bit, and went with their Art & Poster Printing option for better print & color quality. I went with Photo Matte paper and am super happy with how it turned out... It looks great! Not to mention they are super quick too. The day after I placed the order, it was already printed and shipped Poster Ninja is one of the rare companies that manages to to provide quality, speed, and fair prices. Manos Semertzides58 days agoFirst experience was great! Poster/large print was very well priced, shipped very fast, and when we received it, it was of better quality than we expected. This place is great! Would use them again in a heartbeat. Here’s the problem, this place is too high quality, and it’s going to get bought out by some VC, and we’re going to lose it. Let’s not let that happen, let’s support them!
Owner's reply
Hi Manos! Thank you so much for the fantastic 5-star review. We are thrilled to hear that your first large print exceeded your expectations in both quality and price, and that it arrived to you so quickly! Your comment about a VC buyout gave our team a good laugh, but rest assured—we are not selling to anyone! Paul Ahner59 days agoThis was my first order with Poster Ninja. I was very very pleased dealing with this outfit. First of all, I had many questions about how to make the poster in terms of the software to use and the size of the font to use Keith Fabray from Poster Ninja was very responsive to my needs and concerns. Secondly since our subdivision has very limited funds, I had to select the cheapest possible option for our posters. As a result, I chose the 24 weight paper option. Fortunately, Keith realized this was a wrong choice and upgraded my paper to 46 lb. weight at no additional charge. Thirdly the quality of the waterproof printing on the poster was easily readable from the passing cars. Lastly, the posters were printed on the same day of my order and arrived on time. The posters were very well packaged.
Owner's reply
Hi Paul, thank you for taking the time to leave such a wonderfully detailed review! We are so incredibly glad we could help with your subdivision's project. Our customer support team prides itself on being responsive and helpful, so it's fantastic to hear they were able to guide you through your software and font questions. We always keep a close eye on our orders to make sure your prints turn out perfectly for their intended application. Upgrading the paper weight was the least we could do to ensure your signs would hold up well outdoors and be easily readable from passing cars! It's great to know that the waterproof printing, secure packaging, and same-day turnaround met your community's needs so perfectly. Thank you for trusting Poster Ninja with your very first order, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else in the future!Posted on Google

Tanasinn [AZ]137 days agoI had a print that was too large for the local UPS/Fedex/etc, and I found my way to Poster Ninja. I ended up going with the slower and more expensive print option to ensure absolute quality, and I was blown away by the accuracy. Both color accuracy and overall quality were top notch. Shipping was reasonably priced and paced, and the poster's packing method was exactly what I'd expect to keep a poster in perfect condition.
Owner's reply
Hi Tanasinn, thanks for taking a chance on us when the local shops couldn't handle the scale of your project. We completely understand the hesitation when choosing a printing partner online, but we are absolutely thrilled that the premium print option delivered the exact color accuracy and top-notch quality you were looking for. We treat every print like a piece of fine art, so hearing that our packaging and shipping met your expectations is music to our ears. Enjoy your poster, and we look forward to handling your next big project!Posted on Google

Rachel Baker153 days agoThe prints are super affordable and got to me super fast! I got some 11x17 posters and some 4x6 post cards. The different weights are great for different things. I got the cheapest option because I knew I'd be stapling these up outside all over and I did not need them to stay nice. My only complaint is that I could not see a preview of what the poster would look like, and the right side got a tiny bit cut off. Luckily, no important info got cut off! Great shipping, thorough communication, very good prices.
Owner's reply
Hi Rachel! Thanks so much for the 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that you loved the affordable pricing, lightning-fast shipping, and our communication. It’s awesome that our different paper weights fit your exact needs—using our budget-friendly option for outdoor flyering is total ninja efficiency! We really appreciate your feedback regarding the preview and the slight cutoff. To be transparent, the online preview is something we have gone back and forth on quite a bit! We've found that many of our customers really appreciate the faster upload and direct "add-to-cart" method without the extra steps, but we absolutely want to make sure everyone's prints turn out exactly as intended. We will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we look for ways to improve the ordering experience! For your next order, feel free to leave a note in the comments asking for a digital proof, or reach out to our team before ordering, and we’ll gladly double-check your margins so nothing gets clipped. Thanks again for choosing Poster Ninja!Posted on Google

Owen Doherty303 days agoWe used Poster Ninja to print posters for presentations at a scientific conference. They shipped out three posters (48" x 36") ahead to the hotel (arrived on-time). Posters looked great - nice quality, shipped well. The conference printer option wanted to charge 3x what Poster Ninja charged. Because it arrived at the hotel - I didn't have to lug it through the airport. Overall it saved us time, effort and money, and the quality was just as high. Strongly recommend Poster Ninja for folks who are traveling to conferences.

J. Elw438 days agoNeeded a sort of odd dimension print. Office depot, staples, and every other store was charging me upwards of $60+ per copy, while Posterninja did it roughly 10 per. Much better deal, and great service.

Dan Whipps489 days agoI was pleasantly surprised by the very nice printing job. While the paper used was very lightweight, I gave it 5 stars because the cost compared to my local custom printer was so good, I can completely accept a lighter weight substate. I mounted and framed the print regardless, so it did not really matter. Well done and would recommend.
Owner's reply
Hi Dan, thank you for your fantastic 5-star review! We're genuinely pleased to hear you were surprised by the print quality. It's great that our cost-effectiveness made the lighter weight substrate perfectly acceptable for your needs, especially since you mounted and framed it. We appreciate your recommendation and are glad we could deliver a quality print for you!Posted on Google
